We Built a 20-Foot Video Wall for This Wedding—And It Was Everything

For Alex and Drake’s wedding at The Outing Club in Davenport, Iowa, we went all in. We built a custom 20x7 video wall behind our band—piece by piece—and used it to create one of the most electric atmospheres we’ve ever been part of.
Here’s how we used it:
🎥 We created a custom monogram and synced it with light-up wristbands that we handed out to guests. These wristbands changed colors with the band's music, creating a full-on concert vibe on the dance floor.
💡 Behind the band, we used bold, dynamic video backdrops to match the energy of each song. Think of it like a live music video, happening in real time.
📸 In between band sets, we kept the party going by showing family photos and videos on the wall—and no one left the dance floor. It felt personal, emotional, and still high-energy.
🎬 And here’s the coolest part: we collaborated with their videographer to play a highlight reel from their ceremony that same day. Yes, they filmed it at the church, edited it on-site, and we showed it during the reception. People went nuts. It was one of the most unique and special things we’ve ever done.
Our Chicago wedding band had the best time performing for Alex and Drake—huge love to them for trusting us with their vision!
